Recipe: Simple Stir Fry

At Surfmeimei, we don’t care to measure or be too accurate about our cooking. Often times, after a surf session we are so ravenous that all we want is something fast and healthy. We came up with this nutritious vegetable stir fry that’s filled with great color and taste. It’s all about going with your instinct anyway, so get creative and adjust accordingly!

Ingredients: Eggs, Lacitano Kale, Tomato, White Sweetcorn, White Onions, Garlic, Ginger

Method:

  • Heat up a tbsp of olive oil.
  • Add garlic, ginger and onion, cook until soft.
  • Add veggies & egg, heat until cooked.
  • Add salt + pepper to taste.
