This almond milk recipe is an excellent dairy-free alternative.
Soak 1 cup of almonds over night with warm water and a dash of salt.
- Strain water the next day and add a cube of ginger + a tbsp of honey for taste.
- Add 6 cups of water to blender.
- Blend the mixture until smooth.
- Strain liquid with a mesh bag, the almond milk will keep in fridge for 4-5 days.
