Recipe: Got (Almond) Milk?

This almond milk recipe is an excellent dairy-free alternative.

Soak 1 cup of almonds over night with warm water and a dash of salt.

  1.  Strain water the next day and add a cube of ginger + a tbsp of honey for taste.
  2. Add 6 cups of water to  blender.
  3. Blend the mixture until smooth.
  4. Strain liquid with a mesh bag, the almond milk will keep in fridge for 4-5 days.
